Joint Liability.
The legal liability of two or more people for claims against or debts incurred by them jointly.
Joint Ownership.
Equal ownership of a property by two or more people. In the event of the death of one of the home owners, title passes to the surviving owner.
Job Seekers Allowance.
A financial benefit for people who are unemployed and actively seeking work. We cannot usually use this to support an income multiple.
Judgement.
A ruling by a court of law, for example,the order of a court to a person to settle a debt to another. A CCJ is a county court judgement.
